Return Policy
Please see the link at the bottom of our home page for our Terms and Conditions - Sale of Goods. By purchasing products from Shift Controls, Inc. you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Returns may be accompanied by a re-stocking fee of 10%. However, we will do our best to offer an exchange - we want to get you the solution you need.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Contact us to receive an RMA number, an RMA number is required before we can accept any packages.
We will not be able to offer a return, refund or exchange on custom items or non-stocked products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping
Please contact us to receive an RMA number before shipping anything to Shift Controls. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should use a traceable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. Use the original shipping carton when possible, if not have all products professionally packed and secured. We are not responsible for the item during shipping.
